Summary      

The Regional Market Manager will be responsible for the achievement of 
specified banking center and banking center staff performance goals and will be 
held accountable for their on-going achievement.   Performance will be measured 
and reported daily to facilitate goal achievement, mid-course corrections and 
accountability.   Banking Center goals are designed to deepen client 
relationships, improve associate job satisfaction and create shareholder value. 
  



Regional Manager will lead and motivate a team of banking center managers to 
achieve established goals and objectives for balance sheet growth of profitable 
loans and deposits.  Manage the income statement of banking center group to 
achieve profit targets of region by managing expenses at all levels. 



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may 
be assigned.

·         Regularly works with and visits banking center managers to coaching 
staff to achieve assigned targets

·         Creates sales campaigns to achieve targeted objectives

·         Makes joint calls with banking center managers on small business 
clients and prospects

·         Leads regular staff meetings to communicate corporate goals and 
objectives ? establishes execution standards to achieve these objectives

·         Monitors credit quality of assigned banking centers to maintain 
appropriate bank standards for delinquencies, charge offs, etc.

·         Recruits new talent to the bank and develops existing staff to grow 
within their position

·         Proven ability to successfully grow deposit and loan base throughout 
the region

·         Accountable for overall financial performance, budget adherence, 
customer satisfaction and banking center policies and procedures

·         Successful staff management and adherence to banking center staffing 
models







Supervisory Responsibilities                      

Manages up to 20 subordinate supervisors who supervises total of (up to 12 
each) associates in the Banking Centers. Is responsible for the overall 
direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Responsibilities 
include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and 
directing work; performance appraisals; rewarding and disciplining associates; 
addressing complaints and resolving problems.



Education and/or Experience

Bachelor?s degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and 
experience.  



A minimum of 10 years prior experience supervising and leading others in a 
sales environment; retail banking experience is preferred.



Computer Skills                                            

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of 
Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
