Good morning!



The purpose in my writing is to once again ask for your help and assistance 
with the continued growth and expansion of the MAG organization.



Please find attached a general description of what we are calling an SAP / 
Project Management opening that will work out of our Hebron, Kentucky location. 
 This position will report to our Director of IT, Jim Iker.  Details related to 
duties and requirements are shown below.

SAP knowledge requirements:

  a.. SAP 4.6c version knowledge 
  b.. Interface programming 
  c.. SAP R/3 ABAP programming 
  d.. Add-On development and ability to create SAP reports 
  e.. Application development, ABAP workbench 
  f.. Role based authorizations 
  g.. Integration knowledge of  FI, CO, CS, MM, PP, PS (or others) 
  h.. SAP CRM; a plus 
  i.. SAP BW 
  j.. EDI knowledge; a plus 
  k.. Specify, document and apply application enhancement requirements and 
options 
  l.. Manage bid packages and evaluations 
  m.. 5 year min. SAP experience 


Project Management:

·        Define and control concepts and specifications for SAP and other IT 
projects

·        Build and maintain detail project schedules

·        Manpower planning

·        Analyzes and evaluates project risks, formulates and directs risk 
reduction activities.

·        Creates and coordinates recovery plans when required.

·        Experience with managing an outsourced solution a plus

·        Ability to work well with people and have good communication skills

·        Self driven and motivated to succeed

·        3-5 years of project management experience preferred.

·        Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical 
school.

·        Masters degree preferred
