As you know, I joined MAG over one year ago.  The truth be known, the time has 
flown and I have been honored and proud to have become a contributor to what 
will one day be the Number One machine tool company in the world.  We currently 
have an opening for a paralegal that I thought you might be able to assist me 
with.  (Brief job description attached)  This individual will be located at our 
Hebron, Kentucky headquarters and will report directly to our corporate 
counsel, Elizabeth Sitterly.  We would prefer they have at least five years of 
experience, preferably in a corporate environment or in a law firm specializing 
in corporate law.  However, I would be delighted to receive any individuals you 
feel would be a great match for our opening.  Again, this is an awesome company 
and I can't imagine a better place to continue your career than here.  If you
