The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all client 
activities and account management to assure requirements are met or exceeded. 
The CSM is responsible for building a positive rapport with current and 
prospective clients and works closely with the sales and business development 
managers to support company growth targets. The CSM helps develop standard 
operating procedures and implement process improvements. The CSM is responsible 
for coaching, training and developing the customer service staff. 

Requirements: 
A college degree plus a minimum of 5 years of related job experience. 
Must be customer focused 
Excellent communication skills with all levels of an organization, both written 
and verbal required 
Confident decision maker and possess leadership skills 
Above average organizational and follow-up skills 
Detail oriented 
Must be able to coach, motivate and train others 
Conflict management/problem solving skills 
Computer software skills: Power Point, Excel, and Word
