 Candidate should have the following qualifications directly related to the
position:

Experience:

10 years experience in highly diverse and disparate Information Technology
environment including mainframe, mid-range and distributed systems,
7 years direct experience in data management, data architecture, and/or
database development,
7 years experience in logical and physical RDBMS data modeling utilizing a
CASE tool,
5 years experience in data warehouse design, implementation and modeling,
5 years experience in IT Architectural activities, including application and
technology integration,
5 years experience in data extraction, integration and load routines.
5 years experience in defining business requirements in two or more
application and data areas,
Must have demonstrated ability to analyze data and information needs of
processes in order to assist in strategic architectural designs,
Must have demonstrated the ability to discuss business issues with executive

guidelines and procedures for the use of data and data analysis tools
Provide strategic direction for the overall usability of corporate data

Understand customer and company-wide impact of the systems development
activities which are assigned by providing long range and immediate planning
and vision to the data design.
Provide expert direction to the overall planning of data and other
information resources to support business objectives.
Serve as Project Architect in support of ITS projects to provide
architectural direction and guidance to Projects¸ providing final review and
approval
 over data definition and data design for ITS Developed  and COTS
application systems
Represent the Enterprise Architecture in meetings and day to day operations
of AFG ITServices.
