        ·       US Citizen, as contract requires

        ·       Must be able to obtain and maintain National Agency Check

        ·       Minimum 10 years ADP experience, of which 8 years must be 
specialized in ADP system functional analysis

        ·       4 or more years of system analysis or systems development 
experience

        ·       Must possess superior functional requirements for complex 
integrated ADP systems

        ·       Demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only 
general direction

        ·       Experience working with several programming languages, 
operating systems, hardware and software

        ·       Experience working with relational databases to facilitate 
systems analysis
