Technology and Architecture Team.  The selected candidate will provide IBM
Websphere, IBM WebSphere Portal, JBoss and Tomcat administration and support
for the systems located throughout the company's enterprise.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
&#61607; Responsibility for support, including 1 week per month 24x7 pager
rotation of: 1.)  web application environments running on JBoss and IBM
Websphere application server versions 3.x � 5.x, 2.) internal facing portal
environments running on IBM WebSphere portal server, and 3.) Tomcat
environment.
&#61607; Provide web architecture expertise to assist in delivering solution
architectures for web and portal projects.
&#61607; Participate in projects to implement IBM�s Websphere and JBoss as
company's enterprise web application development solution.
&#61607; Participate in projects to implement IBM�s Websphere Portal as
compan�s enterprise web portal delivery solution.
&#61607; Provide JBoss, IBM HTTP Server Administration, and Websphere
Application Server administration corporate wide.
&#61607; Deliver web application and system performance tuning analysis.

Location: Cincinnnati, OH
Requirements_Qualif: &#61607; Extensive Experience in IBM WebSphere, IBM
WebSphere Portal, JBoss, Apache or related products.
&#61607; Experience in systems administration (AIX, Redhat, Suse).
&#61607; Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills is required.
&#61607; Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies is required.
&#61607; Demonstrated operational experience in mission critical
environments is required.
&#61607; Able to work and share knowledge in a team environment is required.
&#61607; Expertise in small, medium, and large size project management and
planning skills is highly desirable.
&#61607; Must be proficient at oral communication and technical writing
skills.
&#61607; Knowledge of Mercury Interactive Loadrunner, a plus.
