for the development and support of Web Based Learning content. This is a
design-related position and all candidates must have professional design
experience and a viewable portfolio of work. Resumes will not be considered
without a design portfolio (online portfolio, CD, or ZIP file). The Web
Based Learning content is developed primarily with Flash MX 2004, with focus
on Actionscript. Some HTML and Javascript is involved.
Duties:
� Work with management and subject matter experts to develop and design
interactive, educational training content for distribution over the
intranet.
� Design interactive components, interfaces, and layouts.
� Apply usability and functionality standards to interactive designs.
� Translate user requirements into interactive designs.
� Demonstrate strong initiative to advance team effectiveness, in line with
department objectives, with little direction.
� Provide creative solutions to minimize effort and maximize return for
interactive media and web-based content.

Requirements_Qualif:
Requirements:
� Professional design experience of at least 3 years, creating interactive
media using Adobe Flash and Actionscript.
� High degree of competency with ActionScript.
� Solid design skills in interactive media and graphic design.
� High degree of competency using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
� Minimum 2 years experience with web-based development (including HTML and
Javascript).
� Good communication and organizational skills.
� A design related degree is a plus.
� Experience with XML a plus.
� Experience with educational development a plus.
� Experience with ColdFusion a plus.
� NOTE: Resumes must include a design portfolio. A link to an online
portfolio is preferred. A ZIP file or a CD would also be acceptable. Resume
submissions that do not contain a design portfolio will not be considered.
