Enterprise Labor Management System (ELMS) project in Cincinnati for a
motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst.  ELMS forecasts labor requirements
for store managers. The chosen individual will develop and execute test
plans and help formalize tools and procedures for the QA effort for ELMS.

Duties:
� Act as a Quality Assurance analyst to test ELMS Service Packs and other
changes.
� Help to implement processes and tools to enable quicker, more automated
testing.
� Analyze business process and requirements of new features in order to
create comprehensive business test plans.
� Create plans for and perform load testing.
� Help maintain the QA database.
� Interact with application teams and the QA Lead to prepare QA plans
beginning at the Requirements phase.
� Keep Management and all stakeholders informed of project progress.
Complete written project status reports and lead project status updates with
Business users and Management.
� Ensure completion of all deliverables within schedule, budget and quality
constraints

Location: Cincinnati, OH
Requirements_Qualif: Requirements:
� At least 5 years of experience in the Quality Assurance arena, leading QA
efforts as well as contributing individually to the efforts.
� Strong Organizational and Teamwork skills.
� Strong Analysis skills.
� Good Customer Service / Customer Management skills.
� At least 3 years of experience using the RUP Methodology and/or Scrum to
deliver projects.
� Ability to Communicate effectively with all levels of a technical team
from Business Users, to Entry-Level Developers.
� Highly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
� Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science a plus
