Application Architect.  The Architect is responsible for leading the
application technical design process for company's eCommerce and internet
framework, applications, and application integration.  The successful
candidate will use their strong technical design and leadership skills to
propose and pseudo-code elegant, complex web applications primarily using
Microsoft .NET, Commerce Server, BizTalk, AD/AM, and MOSS technologies.

Essential Job Functions:
� Evaluate Functional Designs for new products and projects and design
appropriate application technology approach (including foundation layers,
code structure, and objects).
� Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft technologies for the .NET
application development team.
� Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to define the application
portion of company'senterprise IT architecture strategy.
� Evangelize the use of proper coding techniques and development processes
within the application development organization.
� Serve as steward for reusable components and code.

Location: Cincinnati OH
Requirements_Qualif: The ideal candidates should possess:
� 5 or more years direct experience with Microsoft web application
technologies (including C# .NET).
� Direct experience with Microsoft Commerce Server.
� 5 years of business experience using an OO foundation language to
implement application solutions.
� Technical design experience on large-scale Internet applications.
� Familiarity with common, current design patterns for web application
development.
� A solid understanding and appreciation for SDLC tools, processes, and
methodology.
� A demonstrated passion for leading edge Internet technologies and trends
(web 2.0, widget coding, web services & RSS, etc).
� BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Plus Skills:
� SEO application techniques.
� .NET Mobility and Multichannel support.
� Java / J2EE experience.
� Microsoft BizTalk experience.
� Commercial web analytics software implementation experience.
� Online shopping or advertising application development experience
