The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, a $82+ billion financial institution, 
is one of twelve District Banks in the Federal Home Loan Bank System.  We're 
helping to build stronger communities by  expanding housing and economic 
development opportunities through the provision of loans and other banking 
services to community financial institutions in Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee.  

 

MPP Senior Production Specialist
 
This position coordinates the delivery and purchase of residential mortgage 
loans for the Mortgage Purchase Program (MPP) by performing diversified duties 
to ensure proper processing, record keeping and compliance of all transactions. 
 Responsible for ensuring all loans sold to the FHLBank comply with 
conventional, FHA, and FHLBank underwriting and compliance guidelines.  Assists 
with the development and tracking of policies and procedures as defined within 
the Bank's End User Computing Policy, Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines and published 
Risk Assessment analysis.  Individual also assists with the development and 
enhancement of the MPP computer system an assists in the implementation and 
maintenance of program controls for systems.   Acts as primary MPP liaison with 
Information Systems Department.

 

Qualifications for this position include knowledge at a level normally acquired 
through the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in business administration or 
finance and five to seven years of related industry experience.  Position 
requires knowledge of Secondary Marketing, loan origination, processing and/or 
underwriting.  Individual must possess good working knowledge of national, 
state and local laws/regulations governing the mortgage industry, including 
predatory lending, quality control guidelines, Sarbanes-Oxley and RESPA.  
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word, and  Excel, and excellent oral 
and written communication skills are also required.

 

Normal working hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
Candidates 
must be able to pay close attention to detail since errors could result in 
significant monetary loss or cause damage to the reputation of the Bank.  
Candidates should also be flexible to meet daily deadlines.
