A world wide premium partner of plastic processing, manufacturing
machines and systems used wherever plastics are converted into
 products,
has an immediate opening for a General Manager for the injection
 molding
division.
As General Manager of the Mid-WestRegion. The General Manager reports
 to
the VP of Injection Molding Division and has 12 sales and service
personnel reporting to them. The GM is responsible for the following:
Sales: to achieve your personal numbers as well as the numbers for your
salesman.  Total listed below.
Service: to achieve the best service support for your customers at the
most efficient way possible.  Also includes selling paid service to the
numbers indicated below.
Spare parts sales: to achieve the spares sales listed below at the
margins indicated.
Training:  To be sure your people are trained properly to succeed in
their respective positions.  Also includes training goals for your own
customers as paid service.
Other responsibilities include:
Expense reports twice per month. (Minimum)
All paperwork from service engineers, expense reports, time cards and
service reports must be post marked every Monday and sent each week
without exception.
Project Lists: to come with expense reports twice per month
Call reports: to come with expense reports twice per month
A/R follow up due for monthly meeting.
Summary of expected booking due every weekend for the region.
Performance Reviews for all employees in region due every 6 months.
 Sept
1st and March 1st.
Business plan in writing expected by July 1st for balance of fiscal
 year
and 2006 for region.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Plastic
Machinery as a Sales or Service manager.
Company provides home office set up anywhere in the Mid-West.
