Enjoy the Arts seeks qualified candidates to fill two positions:

Manager of Programs and Services
This is a new position reporting to the Executive Director. Job
responsibilities are supported by the board-level National Consultancy and
ad hoc *20 Days and 20 Nights* committees, and include but are not limited
to:
§ Management of arts/culture partner relations
§ Management of the annual series of member events, as well as twice monthly
*Arts & Culture for Dummies* sessions
§ Facilitation of the annual *20 Days and 20 Nights* arts and culture
festival
§ Supervision, recruitment and training of volunteers
§ Media relations

At minimum, the ideal candidate will have: a college degree, three + years
experience in the non-profit sector in a leadership capacity, and be
computer proficient.  Excellent communication skills required. Public
relations experience is a plus. Reliable transportation is a must.

Manager of Technology
This position reports to the Executive Director. Job responsibilities are
supported by the board-level Fee-based Services and Executive committees,
and include but are not limited to:
§ Management of web-based ticketing and customer support
§ Management of ETA web sites, content and back-end functionality
§ Advancement and facilitation of service initiatives, i.e. consultancy,
research, training and design
§ Advancement of tech applications to bolster marketing and service
capabilities
§ Generation of e-mail invitations, calendars, surveys

At minimum, the ideal candidate will have a college degree and proven
project management experience. Must be proficient in HTML programming, LAN
and LINUX, servers and networking, Windows XP. Excellent communication
skills required. Sales experience a plus.
