=B7     Monitor cash flow and line of credit to minimize interest expenses
=B7     Facility Management - Rental Arrangements - Master calendar
=B7     Preparation for Annual Audit - statements and worksheets
=B7     Government Grants (NEA, OAC, City) - Financial Section FAF Grant =
submission - Financial Section
=B7     Account Reconciliations
                =B7     Payroll
=B7     Accounts Payable
=B7     Monthly Close
=B7     Reports to both the Executive Director and the Finance Committee

Requirements
                =B7     Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
=B7     At least 5 years of experience
                =B7     Demonstrated knowledge of financial issues and =
economic impact beyond technical accounting knowledge
=B7     Demonstrated verbal, written, and interpersonal communication =
skills
=B7     Intermediate knowledge of word processing software, demonstrated =
leadership, organization, prioritization, and planning skills
=B7     Experience with Paciolan a plus
