Experienced J2EE architect/developers with at least 3-4 years of experience 
with J2EE. The ideal candidate will also have hands on experience with the BEA 
WebLogic Platform.

Ideal candidates will be:

 

* Simple, direct, and honest in dealing with others,

* Diplomatic, positive, and constructive,

* Very consultative in nature, 

* High velocity implementers,

* Excellent communicators.

 

Knowledge and/or experience with eXtreme Programming, Scrum, FDD, or other 
agile methods is a must. Must be responsive, flexible and adaptive to a 
changing work environment.

 

 

Our client base is primarily in Ohio and Michigan, but we have a per diem 
arrangement that would allow you to work there during the week and be home on 
the weekends, if the assignment is outside of your region.  We higher both full 
time and hourly consultants.
