USA- MA, Principal Engineers, IC Designers (several openings)

Job Type: Full Time, regular position
Education and Experience:
· BSEE and 8 years experience, or MSEE 6 years experience or PhD with 2
years experience
· Experienced IC Design Engineer who is familiar with SIGe, SiGe
BICMOS, or CMOS technologies.
· A background in RF and microwave circuit design is advantageous,
· Good understanding of design principles for high volume circuit
applications and products, preferably
with some knowledge of packaging techniques.
· Other requirements include the ability to find innovative solutions
to problems and translate them into practical solutions, the ability to follow
a product specification through from concept to design, layout, prototyping,
test and production.
· Good understanding of microwave test equipment and procedures
· The ability to troubleshoot and test circuits in the laboratory;
demonstrated understanding of how circuit level trade-offs can impact system or
higher level performance.
· Familiarity with either Cadence (Spectre) or Agllent ADS (preferably
both)
· At least one of the mainstream commercial electromagnetic analysis
engines desired.
