Requirements / Experience
· B.S/ M.S/ PhD in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
· 10+ years software development experience ·5+ years management
experience
· Must have past experience with wireline or wireless modem product
implementation preferably wireless
modem.
· Software product development experience that includes project
planning and management responsibilities
· Experience with one or more of the following:
· (Embedded OS issues, carrier-class systems, Object-oriented analysis
and design, Proven track record of
developing and delivering data communication products, both as a
manager as well as an engineer).
· Demonstrated technical excellence in development of system services
frameworks. (Desired, not mandatory.)
· Effective communication skills that define the product and status to
senior management.
· People management and leadership skills that result in the
development of a highly motivated, successful
work force. Experience managing in a data communications startup
environment a plus. ,Understanding of
communication and signal processing theories.
