firm in the Eastern United States that will be responsible to work with the
Industrial Equipment Business Line. This individual will be responsible for
building a new or expanding an existing client base, conceptualizing and
implementing strategic technology based solutions for top global industrial
companies (Industrial Equipment and Heavy Equipment {Durable Goods}) with a
concentration in NEW BUSINESS. [This would be Power Conversion, Control,
Industrial Infrastructure, Pumps, Valves, Seals, Heavy Machinery, Light
Machinery, Specialty Vehicles, Engineered Sealing, Fire and security and
Small Engines].
> KEY POINTS:
> * Deep Sales skills in OUTSOURCING of IT CONSULTING--Needs a career
progression where they came through sales AND technology delivery
> * Large Program Management, selling, leading & delivering large scale
solutions to clients in INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT go to market sector, with a
heavy emphasis on SELLING
> * Experience operating in the CIO/CFO suite--capable of making an
immediate impression
> * Significant current consulting sales experience--with annual sales
generating $30-50 M/yr.
> * MUST HAVE 1-5 + yrs experience at Partner level with direct competitor
> * Renowned thought leader & visionary in consulting business practices.

Heavy, Alstom SA, Caterpillar, John Deere, Bombardier, CNH Global NV,
Komatsu Kubota, Hyundai Heavy, and AGCO]
> * Broadly grounded in industry dynamics, valve creation levels and
opportunities and issues related to industry success
> * Demonstrated Industrial Equipment knowledge, extensive experience with
process reengineering, implementation of technology & process change, and
project/program management
> * Direct communication at the C-level Suite
