HUMAN RESOURCES Manager ? Manufacturing - Toledo, OH
HR Manager Needed for Toledo, OH, USA (Base to $95-100K plus bonus, plus
relocation)
This position will provide full services and support to the leadership of this
manufacturing plant. This includes Training and Development, Selection and
Retention, Organizational Change, Salary and Benefits, Employee relations, EEO
and Safety. Must have eight years experience out of a manufacturing plant. A
Bachelors Degree in HUMAN RESOURCES or a related business field. Advanced
degree is highly desirable. PHR or SPHR a plus. Strong facilitation and
interpersonal skills. Union experience helpful but not required. The client is
looking for someone who is "on the way up." This person must be promotable in
1-3 years. They report to the director of HR at a plant of roughly 1000
employees. My client prefers candidates that are currently employed. 8-15 years

Base salary of 100k or above, along with eligibility for a Bonus plan and a Serp
Our firm has undertaken a mission critical search for an outstanding Medical
Center wherein we need to identify qualified HUMAN RESOURCES professionals to
occupy an Administrative Director of HR role. Our relationship is long standing
with this organization, we will share all pertinent information with potential
candidates and will be striving for the right fit.

This is an Administrative Director level role, there are broad responsibilities
to be considered along with two Departmental Director level reports. The
position will report directly to the CEO. We must identify a seasoned
professional with strong leadership attributes and a proven track record in
Hospital Healthcare environments. Our ideal person will have 350+bed in size
facility exposure with at least 1200 employees. Technical knowledge for this
position is very important, however interpersonal skills are ranked just as
high. A team-player mentality is an absolute must.
This position offers solid compensation in the form of base salary of 100k or
above, along with eligibility for a Bonus plan and a Serp. Benefits and

policies and procedures there in.
-> Supervision of other HR generalists.
