HMHS  LEARNING CONSULTANT=20

Humana Military Healthcare Services (HMHS) is a subsidiary of Humana =
Inc., one of the nation's largest health insurance companies. As the =
TRICARE program administrator for the South Region of the United States, =
Humana Military provides health care benefits for more than 2.7 million =
of the nation's active duty and their family members, military retirees' =
and their family members.

Assess the job needs of HMHS associates for both the accountabilities =
and competencies needed to perform their jobs. The training focus will =
be prioritized based upon the impact to the organization, available =
resources, and government requirements. Develop learning strategies to =
best meet the needs of associates, and design the training by piloting, =
implementing and then refining. Evaluate the impact of training for the =
individual as well as the organization and make continuous improvements =
as necessary.

 Minimum Requirements

  1.. College undergraduate degree=20
  2.. 2 - 4 years experience in Adult Education position=20
  3.. Program development in the field of service, sales, managed care, =
or military environment=20
  4.. Experience with on-line computer applications=20
  5.. Excellent presentation skills=20
  6.. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written=20
  7.. PC proficiency with emphasis in word processing and presentation =
programs
Our Department of Defense contract requires U.S. citizenship for this =
position.
