opening for a Financial Analyst in the DC metro
area.

Role:
(1) Play a major role in the migration of the interest risk
management
software for $800 billion mortgage portfolio
(2) Work closely with business users to define system
requirements
(3) Learn and anticipate user needs and suggest ways of
automation
(4) Communicate user requirements to developers effectively
via written
documents & verbal communications
(5) Development test plans and conducting tests to ensure
the requirements
have been implemented correctly

Qualifications:
(1) B.S. or higher in finance or engineering
(2) Background and experience on fixed income modeling, such
as CMO, MBS,
Swaption valuation
(3) Background or  experience with accounting
(4) Background and experience with portfolio interest risk
management
(5) Excellent communication skills and a natural people
person
(6) Good at documentation development

Pluses:
(1) QA and Testing experience a plus
(2) Programming experience a plus
