Scott, please post the attached job requirements.  I'm looking for two
different types of people:  project manager and testing expert.
Both positions require experience in federal government acccounting and
systems. Most of the work is in Washington DC are, but other geographical
sites maybe involved.  The engagements will be over a three year period of
time.  Projects maybe short, medium or long range.  Compensation will be
determined by experience and expertise.  Assume $75 per hour pluss travel
and living expense.

l.. Bachelor's degree required.  Degree with a major in a field that
provides substantial knowledge useful for managing tasks in accounting and
information systems.
