As most of you are aware for the past year I have been working
at a Concrete Restoration company located between Hamilton and
Middletown (off of Rt. 4) and I am so pleased to report this past year
has been one of the best years of my life. In our workplace culture we
are able to blend ministry and marketplace needs and truly represent
Christ in the workplace, not as a silent witness, but a proactive and
energetic witness. God is good all the time and all the time God is

The reason for this "mass" mailing to my small family of
believers is to ask for your assistance in recruiting someone to join
our accounting staff. Prior to this year our accounting and business
office functions have been handled by an outside contractor who really
did not satisfy our needs or fit our culture. So we have set off to
handle all these financial functions ourselves and I am currently
looking for a full time accountant.

Here are some brief highlights about this position:
1. Previous relevant accounting experience.=20
2. Willingness for 'hands-on' work. Due to our size the
ideal candidate must be willing to perform detail work. This will
include data entry [A/P processing, initiating billing, etc.]=20
3. Familiarity with general ledger and financial reporting.
4. Payroll tax filing / support would be nice but is not
required.=20
5. Position is full time [40 hour week] and reports to our
company controller Mike Pellegrini (a great brother in Christ and all
around nice guy).=20
6. Educational experience is flexible [2 or 4 year degree]
and is dependent on candidate experience / potential.=20
7. Commitment to the company's values and beliefs.=20
8. Company fringe benefits are included [health, dental,
life, disability and 401(k)=20
9. Very casual work environment (I wear jean 80% of the
time and Dockers to "dress up")=20
10. Our IT structure allows flexibility in schedule. While
full time some work could be done at home in order to accommodate family

11. Great prayer warrior would be a huge plus.=20
