Required Education/Experience:

BS in Architecture, an advance degree would be a plus.

15 years of Architecture experience with an active NCARB required

At least five years in design of specialty chemical and pharmaceutical =
projects. Biofuels experience=20

This is a contract to direct or a direct position.

Senior Mechanical Engineer:

=20

Position Summary: Plan project objectives by interviewing clients and =
maintaining primary client interface, conduct feasibility studies; =

choose a course of action through conceptual design development; and =
contract document phases. Lead project team by communicating essential =
information; provide interdisciplinary interface coordination actions, =

BSME PE Registration Required

Ten to fifteen years of Mechanical Engineering=20

Record established with active NCEES required

Five years in design of Specialty Chemical and Pharmaceutical projects

Bio Fuels experience is a plus.=20

Working knowledge of the International Building Codes

Project Architect:

=20

Position Summary: This position requires a Bachelor of Architecture, =
Registered Architect, 10+years of experience, institutional, educational =
and design build experience preferred. Design, coordination and =
production of architectural projects from programming through =
construction documents, bidding and CA, specifications, cost estimating =
and sustainable design is required.=20

=20

Required Experience:

=20

AutoCAD 2006, Micosoft Office, Microstation experience is a plus.=20

Adobe and rendering software experience is a plus as is ADT and BIM =
experience

=20

This position is located in Cincinnati Ohio

This is a contract to hire or a direct hire position

Structural Engineer:

=20

Position Summary: BSCE degree is required with structural emphasis. One =
to five years of experience needed with EIT or PE registration. Design =
of steel, concrete, masonry, wood and structural related projects.

Required Experience:

Skill in STAAD, RAMSteel, AutoCAD and Microstation

=20
