PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - HAM CURING - NE - SALARY TO $42,000
Need 3 years supervisory experience in the pork processing including ham,
bacon, smokehouse, and curing.  Need  High School Diploma.  Must have good
communications skill, be able to train and work with new employees as well
as current employees.  Need good understanding of material and labor
variances.  Will supervise up to 60.

PRODUCTION MANAGER - VA - SALARY TO $75,000
Plastics Manufacturing Company......Opening a New Plant. They need someone
who could be a plant manager within 2 years. Must have stable work history.

Requirements: BS/BA Degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline, at least
3 years of supervisory experience in a related manufacturing environment.
May consider Non-technical degree if they have more experience in
industrial manufacturing (probably 6+ years). Process is very
equipment/machinery intensive. Prefer Non-union

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - ATLANTA AND ORLANDO -SALARY TO $60,000
Will be responsible for day to day maintenance of a high speed bottling
operation.  Will also be involved in capital projects.  Will supervise 12
tradespeople in a 24/7 operation. Requires experience in food/beverage
industry.   PLC`s a big plus. Plan, initiate and monitor all preventive
maintenance systems. Strongly involved in health, safety and environmental
issues.

FIELD CONSULTANT - PAVING - SALARY TO $60,000
Strong technical knowledge of paving (asphalt or concrete). Preferably
parking lots more so than road building. Majority of the work will be spent
overseeing the jobs on site, acting as the liasion between the client and
the paving contractor. Thus requires good written and verbal communication
skills. Business development and site investigation are some other
occasional tasks.
An Engineering degree (Civil?) would be a great plus+ but not required as
long as the applicable experience is there.

CHEMICAL ENGINEER - PROCESS SHIFT TEAM - IOWA - SALARY TO $60,000
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:  Must have a BS in Chemical Engineering and have
2-10 years process engineering experience in grain processing industry or
food manufacturing plant (milling preferred). Will consider chemical plant
or refinery experience. They are looking for someone with  good mechanical
abilities and process troubleshooting skills.  Supervisory experience is a
plus.

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER/PROGRAM COORDINATOR - IOWA - SALARY TO $76,000
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:  Must have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and have
4-10 years mechanical & maintenance engineering experience in the grain
processing industry or food manufacturing plant (milling preferred). Will
consider chemical plant or refinery experience.  Must have experience in the
troubleshooting and maintenance of rotary, grinding, drying and heat
transfer equipment.  Must be able to read process and mechanical drawings.
Must demonstrate knowledge/understanding of: heat transfer and associated
equipment; rotary equipment and dynamics; engineering principles related to
structural and equipment installation.  Must have responsibility for Program
development / implementation & project management experience at $100K and
above.  Supervisory/Management experience is a plus.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - MISSOURI - SALARY TO $50,000
Supervise, plan, and direct production in a safe manner and within designed
quality objectives. Directly supervise 10 to 150 employees. Responsibilities
include interviewing, training, planning, assigning, performance appraisal,
rewarding and disciplining employees, and resolving issues. Qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree or three to four years related poultry  experience; or
equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to use personal
computers, to include excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Bilingual (Spanish) a real plus.

PRODUCTIVITY ENGINEER - SHIFT SUPV - GA - SALARY TO $60,000
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: MUST have a BS in Chemical Engineering, and 3-5
years experience in an industrial processing/production environment (e.g.
out of chemical or mineral processing industry where the product is being
packaged into bags, drums, pails, etc.).  Rotating shift work in a three
shift per day operation, will be responsible for a crew of union operators,
so supervisory experience is required (union supervision is a plus).  Other
requirements: must be a proactive self-starter capable of working with
limited supervision; good communication and leadership skills with ability
to motivate employees; good problem solving skills with ability to quickly
address and resolve problems.

APQP ENGINEER - INDIANA - SALARY TO $65,000
Must have APQP (Advance Product Quality PLanning) (new product launch
coordination) experience, Bachelor`s degree, and motor vehicle part
experience - tier one.  Will coordinate the new product launches (APQP
process) for three plants.  Will supervise one Quality Engineer.  Will meet
with customers, usually on a planned schedule (little, if any, spur of the
moment travel).  Good fit for someone who prefers a project management
orientation. Excellent career advancement.

SR COATING ENGINEER - CA - SALARY TO $120,000
Lead responsibility for coating department. Ability to develop and maintain
coating high-performance designs and production processes, as well as
measurement of coatings. The position requires interaction with the sales
staff, engineers, production staff and customers. This position works in a
clean room environment. Candidate will be responsible to manage and train
the coating department staff. M.S. degree in Physics or Engineering with a
minimum of 15 years experience.

PRODUCTION MANAGER - IN - SALARY TO $65,000
3 + years experience in a Chemical Processing Industry.  Will manage 30
employees.

ENGINEERING MANAGER - IN - SALARY TO $125,000
Processes include machining, metal fabrication, assembly and brass foundry.
This is a unionized environment with a non-nonsense upper management that
has held the line on labor costs as well as their management rights.
This position is responsible for the overall administration  of the
Engineering group comprised of a staff of ten including 4 ME's, 1 EE, 3
Disigners and 2 CAD Technicians.
Will be accountable for cost justification for new products, project
prioritzation scheduling, training and evaluation of design teams as well as
capital expenditures.
Requirements include:  Technical Degree with MBA a plus.
Professional certification with SDRC IDEAS/UNIGRAPHICS  desirable.

PROCESS ENGINEERS - AL - SALARY TO $60,000
BSCHE with minimum 3 years in the Chemical Process industry.  Strong
interpersonal skills and ability to work with many different departments.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills are a must.  Ability to
accept a flat organization.
Candidate will provide technical support and perform troubleshooting to
processes in facility.  Will perform design with for improvement projects
that will reduce cost and improve efficiency of the process.  Will work with
Chemist, Sales, Technical Service and Production Engineering to improve and
develop new products.  Also work with Safety and Environmental issues.

SR TECHNICAL SERVICES ENGINEER, PLASTICS DEVELOPMENT - VA - SALARY TO
$70,000
Requires: BS in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred)  NO
TECHNOLOGY DEGREES!  3+ years in extruded plastics or building products.
Should have some experience working with Pilot line equipment, developing
processes and procedures. Good communications skills. Customer Service
oriented.

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - VA - SALARY TO $70,000
REQUIRES: BS in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering and 3+ years
experience, preferably 3-7 years total in a "Hands-On" Plant Manufacturing
environment.  (No interest in Technology degrees or Industrial Engineers).
Ideal candidate will have experience in plastics, rubber or chemical
manufacturing, machinery, control systems, excellent problem solving skills
and a well rounded background. Should have some capital project,
productivity improvement experience.

ADVANCED PROCESS MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - MI - SALARY TO $75,000
Requirements:
* BS and 3-5 years relevant experience (or 7 years experience if
non-degreed)
. Experience with Automotive Injection Molded parts.

PRODUCTIVITY COORDINATOR, SIX SIGMA - IN - SALARY TO $100,000
Looking for a B.S. ChemE, ME or possibly EE with 5-10 years experience in a
manufacturing environment.  Position will be based out of Terre Haute plant
but responsible for coordinating productivity projects across all plants (3
in US, 2 in South America, 2 in China, 3 in Europe).  This person will need
to be six sigma savvy - certified blackbelt would be a big plus.  Otherwise
will look at candidates with six sigma training and they will put them
through the certification process.  Responsible for reporting outcome of
projects and promoter of six sigma projects.  This person will need to be a
motivator and controller over the projects and people however will have no
direct reports.  Will also help standardize the six sigma program within all
the facilities.  Will report to the Master Blackbelt who is at the level of
a Plant Mgr in the organization.  Full relocation, flexible on salary
depending on candidates background.  Candidate has to come out of a
manufacturing environment but flexible on industry - could be paper,
plastic, coatings.  Process background would be good.  Travel 25%.

POWER SUPPLY ENGINEER - MA - SALARY TO $90,000
Senior Power Supply Design Engineers with a proven track record of success
designing switch-mode power supplies primarily for military applications.
Requires a BS in Electrical Engineering plus extensive experience (7-10
years) in the design of DC/DC, AC/DC switch mode power supplies utilizing
various electrical topologies. Working knowledge of circuit design and
simulation, magnetics design, electronic packaging, EMI compliance, potting
and encapsulation, control theory, process design, automatic assembly
equipment, and current manufacturing techniques for power products are
required.

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER - VA - SALARY TO $51,000
Requirements:
1. Knowledge of business and manufacturing productivity improvement
practices, tools, methods and line balancing techniques, including MOST and
time study analysis.
2. Knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office products.
3. Bachelor`s degree in business or engineering and minimum of 5 years of
applicable experience.

PAINT ENGINEER - KY - SALARY TO $55,000
Requirements:
1. BS in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience in plastic painting
operations.

AREA MANAGER, PRODUCTION - CA - SALARY TO $53,000
* 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing packaging

CIVIL ENGINEER - TX - SALARY TO $42,000
The following skills and capabilities are required:
Education requirements are a Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil
Engineering from an ABET accredited program. Emphasis in structural design
preferred.
Must have Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification and have passed the
Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
Recent graduates or persons with 1-5 years experience are preferred.
Registered Professional Engineer preferred or must have a desire and ability
to become licensed.
Computer literate with word processing and spreadsheet software skills.
Good verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and problem solving skills.

SR. DESIGN ENGINEER - PA - SALARY TO $95,000
- Must have minimum BS, but prefer MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or
Electrical Engineering.
- Must have design experience with motor manufacturers such as:  Reliance,
ABB, Westinghouse, Siemens, AO Smith, Baldor, etc.
- Must have extensive motor design experience with >500 hp or greater
- No interest in job hoppers or consulting background
- Ideal candidate will have 7-15 years experience - they could come from
transportation, locomotive, off highway vehicle (OHV), transit, drilling,

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  Two (2) plus years supervisory experience.  Medical or healthcare products
preferred, but not mandatory.

-  Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or comparable methodology
-  Promotable to positions of higher responsibility (may involve relocation
to other company facilities down the road)

PROJECT/PROCESS ENGINEER - TX - SALARY TO  $80,000
S/Ms ChE preferred - 5 to 10 plus years of experience. This process/project
engineer is responsible to work with production and technical to address day
to day process problems as well as develop and implement procedures and
projects to solve longer term issues. The primary area of emphasis will be
polymerization, film production, after treatment, and support facilities.
The primary goal will be to improve filmline yields and quality by working
closely with operations.

STAFF PROJECT ENGINEER, COMMAND AND CONTROL - PA - SALARY TO $100,000
Requirements:
- BSEE (Masters preferred), with a minimum of 10 years experience in
providing the technical leadership necessary to accomplish objectives
- Experience with CRYPTOGRAPHIC programs and integrated Management Plans and
Schedules desired.
Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen with a security clearance current within
the last 2 years.

SR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER, CRYPTOGRAPHICS - PA - SALARY TO $100,000
Requirements:
- BSEE (Masters preferred), with a minimum of 5 years experience in the
development of cryptographic solutions using modern embeddable Type 1 NSA
cryptographic modules.  Individual should have an understanding of design
techniques to meet CRYPTO verification, quadrant protection and Tempest NSA
certification requirements.
Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen with a security clearance current within
the last 2 years.

POWER ELECTRONICS ENGINEER - MA - SALARY TO $90,000
Requirements:
- BA in electrical engineering with five years of hands on experience in
power electronics or MA degree with two years of hands on experience in
power electronics is required. Experience in ballasting is preferred.
Manufacturing experience is desired.
- Experience in designing power electronics circuits, including component
selection and magnetics design. Working knowledge of PSPICE, MathCAD,
Fourier, and loop analysis techniques. Ability to use common Windows
computer programs expected. Working experience with UL, the FCC, and
preferably Energy Star and other NAFTA product
regulatory requirements. Knowledge of fluorescent lamp ballasting and self
oscillating circuits a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Knowledge of a second
language helpful but not required. Limited international travel will be
expected. The applicant should be self motivated and able to work in
challenging situations.

PROCESS ENGINEER, GLASS AND LIGHTING - MA - SALARY TO $59,000
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with at least
2 years experience in R&D environment. 10 years of experience in R&D or
manufacturing of light sources may be acceptable when supported by
demonstrated technical accomplishments.
- Knowledge of glass-working technology and light source fabrication
techniques is necessary.
- An applicant should be well organized, resourceful, inquisitive, and able
to take risk.
- Proven ability to integrate new technology (process control, motion
control, materials, sensors) into light source fabrication.
- Good verbal communication skills.

ELECTRONIC PACKAGING ENGINEER -  WA - SALARY TO $85,000
Requirements:
B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and of 8 years experience in the
following areas (in order of importance): plastic design, selection of
platicmaterials, sheetmetal design, low cost design, circuit boeard
connector, RFI shielding,  electromechanical packaging design,
computer-aided design, and electronic manufacturing techniques. Experience
reducing part count. Pro-E, project management, and environmental testing
experience preferred.

LEAD MECHANICAL ANALYSIS ENGINEER, POWER - MA - SALARY TO $95,000
Requirements:
- BS or MS in ME or EE plus 7+ years of demonstrated analytic and FEA
magnetic modeling, structural and thermal analysis, vibration and/or
rotor-dynamics.
- Ability to function in a technical leadership role in the analysis and
development of advanced PM motors, generator systems and components and
performing mechanical analysis using closed-form coupled thermal/stress FEA
and dynamic model, acoustic and shock analysis.
- Analysis experience using 3-D modeling/simulation tools for performance
optimization and design verification, conceptual modeling of components and
assemblies for product R&D.
Must be capable of working effectively in a multi-disciplinary team

MAINTENANCE/RELIABILITY ENGINEER - IL - SALARY TO $71,000
Successful candidates for this position will possess a  Bachelors degree in
Mechanical Engineering or related field, and
3 - 7 years experience in  an equivalent position in a continuous
manufacturing environment.  Experience with heavy "high" wear type of
equipment, conveyors, ball mills, hydraulics, material handling systems,
pumps, motors and other types of rotating equipment, vibration analysis and
diagnostics, lubrication systems, understand of sound maintenance
philosophy,  and PM/PdM program.

Not required but would be a plus:  supervisory experience, experience in
paper manufacturing or other sheeted process, board mill or experience in
building products, A Masters degree, or production management experience.
