Job Summary
The Director will have the opportunity to design, develop and manage all =
organizational development and training activities for this fast growing =
company in multiple geographic locations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
a.. Direct and manage the work of the training staff and create an =
environment for the staff to creatively design and deliver a wide range =
of training programs.
b.. Manage development and implementation of on-site and remote =
technical and leadership course offerings for all levels of associates.
c.. Working with executive and senior staff members, determine current =
and future training and development needs by department and across the =
organization.
d.. Consult with management or teams on projects to identify =
developmental areas and provide appropriate solutions.
e.. Create and maintain a vehicle for communicating comprehensive =
training activities to the organization.
f.. Drive the creation of distance learning options in conjunction =
with face-to-face learning experiences.
g.. Establish standards and guidelines for program research, design =
and delivery.
h.. Coordinate development for all programs, including those for =
associates, Sales and clients.

REQUIREMENTS
a.. Demonstrated experience in translating business objectives into =
developmental goals and training activities.
b.. 10 years training and development experience working with all =
levels of the organization.
c.. 2 or more years of curriculum development.
d.. 2 or more year's executive level experience in leadership program =
design and implementation and/or succession planning.
e.. BS in Education, Organizational Development; or BS with related =
work experience, Master's Degree preferred.
f.. Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning environment and remote =
learning vehicles.
g.. Outstanding written and verbal communications.
h.. May consider moving "easily relocatable" candidates.
