> At a corporate level position with a Fortune 500 / world-class
manufacturer, the Director will be responsible for providing strategic
business planning for multiple plant operations. This requires interfacing
with all levels of management at various facilities, providing planning
analysis, competitive analysis and benchmarking to promote and strengthen
the company's market position considering both short and long term goals.
The director will be expected to possess, exhibit and apply the knowledge of
principals and processes involved in business and organizational planning,
coordination and execution, supporting continuous growth.
> A four-year degree is mandatory. An advanced degree - MBA or the
equivalent - is a plus. A strong and proven background with at least 8 to 10
years of strategic planning and business development experience in a
manufacturing environment is required. This position requires the ability to
travel up to 50%.
