Customer Service Representative



We are in need of an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to provide 
courteous calls to customers and to facilitate the ordering and order 
confirmation processes. This position does not require cold calling. 
Responsible for understanding and assisting with basic customer questions 
regarding services, products, and accounts. Responsibilities also include data 
entry using custom software.



We require:

. Excellent customer service skills. 

. Accurate, detailed oriented and consistent work style 

. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software 

. Willingness to perform other duties as assigned. 

. Ability to maintain confidential information. 

This is a part-time position. 20 hours/week. 2pm-6pm Mon-Fri. 

Wright Brothers Global Gas is a local company serving industrial gas national 
accounts located in Montgomery, Ohio. Smoke-free environment.
