devices) and character

Skills/Abilities:   Standing for long periods, manipulation and lifting =
equipment weighing up to 75

DUTIES:

Working primarily with the Sales Department, to create, confirm, =
communicate, facilitate, and verify the continuing status of various new =
media products as directed by the Sales Management of WCPO.

Serve as New Media Resource for Sales Department; accompany account =
executives (AE) on their sales calls as the "New Media" expert.

=20

Typical day-to-day activities related to a specific project include:

before sale -

-          secure minimum elements from included departments

-          communicate on a intra-department basis

-          create and confirm new media "product" for sale

-          create and confirm outside sales presentation

-          present newly created sales opportunities  to sales staff

-          accompany AE's on their sales calls

after sale -=20

-          secure minimum elements from client

-          communicate intra-department tasks to complete leading up to =
launch date

-          launch application with client inclusive

-          confirm launch with AE for communication to client

continuing oversight -

-          proactively communicate to AE and confirm all elements are =
correct

-          provide required per month verification of performance =
elements to accompany billing

-          provide reporting etc., conducive to renewing client upon =
contract expiration

Additional Duties include:

-          tracking of viewer and revenue performance of all New Media =
products

-          tracking of on-air promotion whether news content, promotion, =
and or sales inventory

REQUIREMENTS:

=B7         1 plus years of marketing related experience, and 1 plus =
years of professional new media experience

=B7         Working knowledge of Flash, HTML, streaming media, and =
various other new media as well as MS Office products

=B7         4-year degree preferred

=B7         Excellent oral, written, and in-person communication skills =
a significant plus

=B7         Ability to thrive in an atmosphere where responsibilities =
require:

-          adherence to various timelines and milestones, across =
numerous projects

-          ability to manage and forecast associated project expenses

-          proven project management skills

-          communication of past consumer activity and expected future =
activity of various projects=20

-          secure minimum elements on an intra-department basis, from =
outside clients and vendors=20
