Summary: 
Global financial firm seeks an experienced Compliance Analyst who can hit the
ground running in a largely administrative, documentation-focused role.

Responsibilities:
Manage securities registration process by ensuring employees are appropriately
licensed and have necessary continuing education documentation 
Monitor/document trade flow, order routing/execution and trade reporting for
best practices/process improvement
Monitor firm-wide communications
Maintain accurate and organized compliance documentation/records
Assist in preparation of regulatory filings (including responses to inquiries)
Assist in development/delivery of compliance training programs 

Experience: 
Associates degree or relevant experience required
2-3 years experience in Compliance function
Strong understanding of Financial Services (specifically Securities)
Strong organizational skills, time management skills and detail orientation
required
Strong verbal/written communication skills required 
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects at a
time, with pressing details

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience
