The Position:
Cisco ICM Analyst/Architect
This position will be responsible for the technical support and deployment of
Cisco ICM solutions. This will include installation and support of Cisco ICM
software (and other third party software), hardware setup & testing, networking
certification, remote monitoring, scripting, and integration with other
enterprise applications.
Location: This position is based out of Austin, TX relocation assistance may
be provided

Peripheral Gateway IVR configuration experience:
Ø Intervoice/Bright

Softphone Experience
Ø Answer, Release, Hold, Retrieve
Ø Make Call, Speed Dial
Ø Consult, Conference, Transfer
Ø Agent Statistics and workflow
CISCO to Siebel integration Experience
CISCO Internet (ERMS, Web Collab, Chat)
Development languages (C++, SQL)
Telecommunications -
Administrative skills on any major switch
Middleware (XML, MQ Series, Tuxedo, CORBA, COM+, EAI)
General Architecture (Networking, hardware, OS, legacy, performance)
Database - Experience with CISCO data model and reporting
General Attributes:

History of technical delivery and support capabilities
