client of mine with a call center or a financial services background.  =

These are the qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required (equivalent working =
experience considered). Masters degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years =
of progressive business leadership experience. Relevant HR generalist =
experience in a large, corporate environment is preferred but not =
required. Financial Services or call center experience would be an =
advantage but is not required. Working knowledge of all disciplines =
within HR required. SPHR certification (or ability to certify as SPHR) =
preferred. Experience working across the senior most levels of an =
organization required.


In general, a sense of urgency and a continual drive for results coupled =
with an ability to partner effectively with senior line management will =
be key success factors.
Must be well-organized and able to coordinate multiple tasks and =
requests. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, problem =
solving and influencing skills are essential. Ability to interact well =
with all organizational levels. Integrity - maintains confidentiality at =
all times. Verbal and written communication skills are essential. =
Excellent presentation skills required. Previous experience successfully =
introducing and implementing processes, best practices and operational =
change initiatives that significantly enhanced capabilities. Must have a =
proven track record of successfully collaborating with senior management =
and peers to support growth and financial results. Demonstrated ability =
to be highly effective in a team-oriented environment and to build =
relationships based on added value, not title or authority.  This is a =
6-figure opportunity!


Ability to use all Microsoft Office software, including: Word, Excel, =
Power Point, and Access Database.

Competency Modeling - Develop competency model(s), based on company =
principles, key strategies and leadership profiles.  Incorporate =
competencies into assessment instruments.

Hiring Assessment - Partner with the Talent Management and Recruiting =
teams to develop and implement a talent assessment process and tools for =
use during recruitment and selection.

will be used.

be used across the Bank.

Talent Assessment - Utilize competency models to develop and implement =
multi-rater feedback processes and instruments for talent and =
performance assessment.

talent assessment process.

=A7         Work with Performance Management team to develop assessment =
instrument(s) for performance evaluation.
