      Chief Technology Officer


      Reporting to the President of the online information
      distribution division of a corporation generating over
      $700mm in annual revenues, the Chief Technology
      Officer will be responsible for creating and
      implementing the new technology strategy and
      overseeing the development and support of the existing
      platform.


      The responsibilities and duties of the CTO include the
      design and architecture of all core portal
      applications including new technology development,
      operations support and maintenance. The CTO will
      lead the technology organization in building a
      quality-driven team, supporting budgets in excess of
      $10 million and managing a 60+ person staff. 


      The requirements for the position include:
      -10-15 years of technology experience
      -Extensive knowledge of both Microsoft and Unix
      platforms
      -Current managerial control over all operations
      support
      -Strong portal background inside a commercial
      operation
      -Strong portal platform support and application
      development
      -E-commerce and wireless application development
      -Experience in all phases of development
      -Experience in Healthcare is helpful


      The success of this individual will depend entirely on
      his/her understanding of the vision of the company and
      the ability to implement that vision. The CTO will
      be rewarded with a generous compensation package that
      includes a base salary of $275-325k plus a bonus and
      stock option plan valued at 35-40 of the base.
