Local client searching for Customer Service Director for Cincinnati, OH. Client
is a $3 billion international manufacturer. Position reports directly to
President of North America division. Position requires experience and knowledge
of business to business manufacturing operations (rather than service industry
experience). Responsibilities include staffing, performance, and development of
North America Customer Service division. Ideal candidate will possess a history
of strategic development and implementation of company growth initiatives,
audit and redesign of systems and processes for optimum efficiency,
participation in product development initiatives, P&L accountability. This is a
strong leadership position- you need to have proven experience as a leader
within a large manufacturing organization to be considered. It is not a task
driven position. Company has been a client since 1998- they offer outstanding
benefits (way above market standards), great compensation and
tremendous promotional opportunities. Target salary $80k with outstanding

$3 billion manufacturing client seeking Customer Service Representatives.
Duties include processing order for manufactured product/ materials from start
to finish (sales person sells the order and turns it over to the CSR to process
and finish). Processing includes sourcing materials, inputting order correctly
into system, arrange shipping, document receipt of order, process any issues
with order. Requires someone who thinks through the customer service process-
this is not data entry or call center; you manage a group of domestic clients.
Must be able to work on multiple issues at any given moment, switch gears
quickly, have a pleasant attitude, and be willing to find answers to customer
questions even if they aren?t in your area?.. a true Customer Service
Representative. This position is the grooming position for promotional
opportunities in customer service. Requires 3 plus years in a similar customer
service position, BA degree strongly preferred, solid job tenure.

Global manufacturer in Northern Cincinnati seeking Executive Assistant to
President. Duties are traditional support duties required of Executive
Assistant: arrange international travel, maintain calendar, expense reports,
correspondence. Heavy work in PowerPoint with sales presentations. Requires a
true Executive Assistant- not a secretary. Not a task oriented position-
requires someone with entrepreneurial mindset to handle situations in absence
of President (he travels a lot), someone to be his ?eyes and ears?- know what
is going on in the company, with clients, etc., and be an extension of him.
President is very self-sufficient in email, schedule, etc.- this position
requires a true ?business partner?. Requires 6 plus years in a similar role
supporting President/CEO level, BA degree strongly preferred. Excellent

miles from Mason, 28 from Kings Mill, 23 miles from Lebanon, and 40 miles from

Account Executives: Outstanding opportunity for ?hunters? and leaders.
Aggressively develop territories (open geography) regarding third party
logistics services. This position is all done as an inside sales position- 100%
phone time developing clients-no outside travel. Requires knowledge of the
business industry in the area, the shipping and logistics marketing obstacles
and nuances. Once you find the client, you negotiate all of the trucking
vendors, you coordinate the shipment, deal with any issues relevant to the
delivery, cover the invoicing, etc. You have true ownership of the client!
Relationship development and closing skills are key. Once your business reaches
a certain level, you are assigned a team of assistants to help with the tasks
while you continue to be the ?rainmaker?. The position has a substantial base
for the first 6-10 months while in training and then converts to 100%
commission (note: they have very little turnover so the good sales people
continue
to make the base plus a substantial amount above that). The company was
started in 1997, has about 675 employees, and has grown 50% every year it has
been in business. It is a powerhouse in the industry. To be considered, you
need at least 3 years in a similar position (industry is irrelevant) with

will hire, develop and mentor Account Executives. You must have a proven record
of managing mid level sales representatives and account executives, preferably
a team of 25-30 people (larger team manager). Challenge with this role: this is
the first external Group Sales Manager to be hired. The current 7 people in
this role have been internal promotions?.. Those people are still there- there
is very little turnover, just phenomenal growth. The ideal candidate will have
experience in the service industry, inside sales management experience, be open
to change (the pace of the company growth leads to constant change and this
Sales Manager must adapt to the changes and interact strategically with the
executive team to lead the growth and development of the company). Bachelor
degree strongly preferred. Target compensation $60k-$80k with realistic ability
to double that based on team sales. To be
