We have just received an opportunity to provide instructional design work for 
CBT and WBT courses for an international shipping and delivery organization 
with 1200 people.  They will be using internal trainers and will roll this out 
worldwide.  It is very important that the ID expert also have a good background 
in IT operations processes.
