Magellan Partners has just been retained exclusively by a major player in
the IT outsourcing industry to conduct a nationwide search for 23 Major
Account Executives in 14 cities. I wanted to make you aware of these
opportunities in the hope that you might know a few highly qualified
colleagues who would be interested.

This initiative is part of the execution of a recently approved Strategic
Plan designed to double the company's revenue in five years. Our client is
highly profitable, international, privately held, and has an outstanding
senior management team with a clear vision and an acheivable plan.

The Chief Revenue Officer is targeting to have the new team members attend
the 2003 Kickoff meeting on January 7. Consequently, hiring decisions will
be made quickly. He has asked us to prescreen and select the two best
candidates for each opening to fly to Corporate for interview and decision.

Openings exist in: DC, Dallas, SF/Bay Area, Atlanta, Southern California,
Chicago, Boston, Austin, Dallas, NJ/Philly, Charlotte, NYC/NJ, Philadelphia,
Toronto, and Montreal. Candidates must live in the city where the opening
exists or have a compelling personal reason to relocate to one of the
cities.

Position Profile:

Senior sales executives/managers with experience selling IT services or
enterprise software to "Mahogany Row" in Fortune 1000 Accounts, long term
strategic account planner/relationship development and new business
development. Some sales management and P&L responsibility is a plus for the
more senior positions.

The key is a track record of consultative solution selling within the IT
industry at C levels. Soft skills include: politcal savvy, business savvy, a
sense of urgency, proactivity and taking ownership. Big pluses are: vertical
industry expertise (Financial Services, Federal and State Government, OEMs,
Technology Manufacturers, Resellers, Healthcare, Travel/tourism, Retail);
and marketspace experience (Managed Services, Outsourcing, Consulting)

There is no cap on income with target income at quota from $160 to $200k.
Bases generally range from $80k to $110k with some variance depending on
experience and city.
