            Susan Smyth 


            Susan Smyth joined NKU/METS as Director of Consulting Services in 
2001.  She brings with her 25 years in the field of management consulting. 
Susan is a graduate of Boston College (Newton College) and holds a Master's 
Degree in HR from University Associates in San Diego. 

            She assisted the Task Force For Nonprofit Management Assistance and 
served on the Day Care Allocations Committee of the United Way for 8 years. She 
co-founded the Greater Cincinnati/Dayton Organization Development Network, is 
past Board Member of Cincinnati ASTD, and recipient of volunteer awards from 
The United Way and Kids Helping Kids. 

            Susan served as a Business Volunteer To the Arts through the Fine 
Arts Fund and heads Open the Space, Cincinnati, an organization dedicated to 
the use of dialogue as a tool to resolve racial issues. 

            Susan also has co-authored  "Assessing Your Team: Seven Measures of 
Team Success" and is a frequent speaker at conferences and workshops.

make a 180 degree turn iinto the parking lot of the Rookwood Tower/Northwest 
Mutual Building. 

            FROM THE NORTH Take 71 South and exit at Smith-Edwards Road. 
(Edwards-Smith Road) At the end of the ramp Turn LEFT. At the first traffic 
light, turn right. Remain in the RIGHT-HAND lane and turn RIGHT, just before 
the Rookwood commons shopping area. As you turn right, you wil make a 180 
degree turn into the parking lot of the Rookwood Tower/NorthWestern Mutual 
building.
