This information was sent to me by JSFG member Helen McIlduff.  Thanx for 
sharing the information, Helen.  If anyone has additional resources for low or 
no cost training please pass it on.  
 
Check out this website for free online classes at www.officedepot.com/webcafe.  
They have free online seminars from 3-4 on most Tuesdays on various business 
topics (most related to women) I have "attended" several of them and found them 
to be very informative.
 
There is no better way to have something to give back to someone who is 
granting you time for an informational interview than to have some interesting 
information to share about the latest trends or thinking on a particular 
subject of interest.  It also gives you something interesting to talk about 
when you meet someone new in a networking situation.  Stay current, not only in 
your field, but in business trends in general.
