[jsfg_cinti] Forwarding of Job Postings

I'm sending this to the JSFG Email Listserve and to JSFG so that it reaches a 
wide audience.

If you are working in the office, please do not forward job postings that have 
already been sent to the JSFG Email list.  They are easy to identify.  For 
example:

Subject: [jsfg_cinti] Job Posting: xxxxxxxxxx
or
To: <JSFG@xxxxxxxx>; <jsfg_cinti@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

When you see jsfg_cinti@xxxxxxxxxxxxx in to To:, then the job has already been 
posted to the Email list.  When it is forwarded by the JSFG office worker, then 
it gets posted again, fills up the Email list on the Listserve, and clutters 
everyone's Inbox.  

I suggest adding these guidelines should be added to the Office procedures.

jsfg_cinti-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field.
