Technical Manager ? Eclipse Dayton Facility



Eclipse Energy Systems, Inc. is a dynamic and innovative small business
developing exciting new and proprietary, advanced optical, thin film, and
emittance control materials and systems for Military, Space and Commercial
applications.  Eclipse is seeking a Technical Manager to head-up and expand
a new Dayton area Technical Center that will be supporting our Air Force
programs. The position requires a self starter with good technical skills in
the areas of thin film processing, optical materials and systems.  Additionally
the individual should have first hand experience working in, or with, AFRL
Materials and Human Effectiveness Directorates.  Eclipse offers a

Requirements:



-                     BS or Higher degree in Engineering or Science

-                     Active TS/SCI Clearance

-                     Five years + experience working for/or with WPAFB
Materials, Human factors, or comparable AFRL  Directorate

-                     Prior experience in designing, testing and developing
Optical Materials and Systems

-                     Good verbal and written communication skills

-                     Experience in leading technical teams

-                     Vacuum Coater Experience



Responsibilities:



-                     Establish, staff and operate the Eclipse Dayton Area
Technical Center

-                     Undertake independent technical development and
testing programs as directed by Eclipse senior technical management

-                     Interface between existing AF customers and Eclipse
technical team for current Eclipse programs

-                     Expand Eclipse business throughout AFRL and key AF
facilities and suppliers
