[jsfg_cinti] Financial Analyst II

      The person in this role is responsible for providing financial and 
analytical support to the business line CFO and CEO. The position works closely 
with department heads, sales representatives, human resources, accounting, 
internal audit, and technology. The position provides an opportunity to learn 
the business as a whole in order to provide senior management with key 
financial metrics that aid in strategic decision making.



      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      -Provide compensation support to the sales organization. Review and 
analyze sales compensation plans. Develop and deploy compensation tools and 
related information 
      -Review monthly financial results to ensure integrity and accuracy of 
reporting 
      -Review and research monthly revenue and expense variances 
      -Develop effective internal reports that identify business trends, 
provide insight into operational efficiencies, and aid in improving 
profitability 
      -Assist with the coordination and preparation of the annual plan, 
including redesigning and improving upon existing models 
      -Work closely with sales management to help them achieve financial goals 
and review month-end results 
      -Develop and prepare financial presentations for the leadership team 
      -Capital expenditure analysis 
      -Assist in the creation and maintenance of valuation models for 
acquisitions 
      -Various ad-hoc projects 


      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

      -Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business or Finance (CPA and/or MBA a 
plus) 
      -2 - 3 years experience in financial analysis/reporting 


      OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

      -Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
      -Prior experience with Access, Powerpoint, and Word 
      -Hyperion Essbase experience a plus 
      -Strong quantitative and analytical skills 
      -Demonstrated leadership experience 
      -Comprehensive financial process knowledge 
      -Strong interpersonal and organizational skills 
      -Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines 
      -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
