Description
As a Senior Project Manager in Enterprise Processing Services (EPS), you 
will be responsible for managing both a staff of project managers as well as 
directing and managing a project team. The position is responsible for the 
design and implementation of new technology and processes in support of our 
EPS mission to be the strategic partner for Fidelity business units 
providing World Class services and solutions for customer communication. In 
the resource manager role, you will be responsible for: setting goals, 
coaching & development of staff, personnel conflict resolution, performance 
reviews, compensation management, and hiring new staff members, as the need 
arises. In the project manager role, responsibilities include: assemble 
team, assign duties, identify resources, manage performance, and develop a 
project plan to assure timely completion of projects throughout the project 
life cycle.

Responsibilities:

Effectively manage a staff of project managers and systems analysts, 
including hiring, firing, conducting performance reviews, coaching, and 
staff development.
? Provide leadership through the expert understanding of project life cycle.
? Define information systems and/or process solutions to address business 
needs.
? Analyze business requirements and define information and/or process 
solutions to address complex business needs.
? Make formal presentations to a variety of management levels.
? Effectively manage financial resources, responsible for cost management.
? Act as expert technical consultant to client and development 
management/staff in all phases of the development and implementation.
? Foster and maintain cooperation, support and movement toward achievement 
of projects.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you should possess:

3-5 years experience in Resource Management
? 6-10 years experience in Project Management with a focus on System 
Implementations and/or Product Development
? Experience in financial services

Experience with image capture systems and processes desirable
? Excellent analytical ability
? Strong judgment, issues management and problem analysis techniques
? Effective conflict resolution and change management skills
? Broad knowledge of system and technology alternatives
? Possess demonstrated effectiveness for managing resources directly and 
indirectly
? Ability to work effectively with clients and systems management
? Ability to coach and manage project leaders and team members on Project 
Life Cycle methods
? Strong awareness of products offered by competitors
