SENIOR SERVER ANALYST-INFORMATION SYSTEMS: 
This position is responsible to provide assistance in server software
and hardware support and problem resolutions. Assist in selection of
I.S. technology to meet business needs, enterprise standards and project
support. Provides high quality and responsive server support for
requests requiring complex problem determination and analysis. This
includes problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution.
Interacts with network services, desktop, customer support and
applications development to restore service and correct core problems.
Recommends and develops process improvements and documented standards
utilizing knowledge of network structure, operating systems, desktop
hardware, application software and advanced server configurations.
Provides assistance to Server Analysts and provides support to Lead
Analysts. Assists in the installation of new computer systems. Provides
second and third level guidance/directions to the Customer Support
Center, Computer Operations and Applications staff. Interacts with
vendor support service groups to ensure proper escalation during outages
or periods of degraded system performance. Installs, configures, and
troubleshoots servers and associated components. Assists in operating
system activities including user administration of various server
operating systems. Researches, tests, evaluate and recommend
client/server hardware and software. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Microsoft MCSE
Certification or working toward certification EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years
related field 
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge in some of the following: Microsoft
Server O/S, Microsoft Active Directory, UNIX, email, various protocols,
hubs, modems, storage area networks, tape area networks and related
server hardware.

SENIOR CLIENT TECHNOLOGIES ENGINEER: 
This position is responsible to provide assistance in client/server
software and hardware support and problem resolutions. Assist in
selection of I.S. technology to meet business needs, enterprise
standards and project support. The position provides high quality and
responsive client, server, applications and network support for requests
requiring complex problem determination and analysis. This includes
problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution. Interacts with
network services, server, applications development and customer support
to restore service and correct core problems. The position assists in
recommending and developing process improvements and documented
standards utilizing knowledge of network structure, operating systems,
server hardware, application software and advanced client
configurations. Provides assistance to Client Technologies Analysts and
contractors and provides support to Lead Client Technologies Engineers.
The position is responsible for support of their respective campus and
remote sites. The position provides second and third level
guidance/directions to the Customer Support Center, Computer Operations
and Applications staff. The position installs, configures, and
troubleshoots client devices and associated components. The position
assists in operating system activities including administration of
various operating and client application systems as well as direct
server support such as Anti-Virus software server, Microsoft Security
Patch Server and Client Asset Management and advanced software delivery
staging and sector server. The position is responsible for assisting the
Manager, Project Leader and Lead Engineers in researching, testing,
evaluating and recommending client hardware, operating systems and
application software. The position is responsible for assisting in
project planning and coordination of smaller, less complex projects.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,
Computer Programming or related field or equivalent combination of
education and experience Microsoft MCSE Certification or 2 individual
certifications: A+, CCNA, Application Support-Epic-, MCP, working toward
MCSE certification. EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years client/network/, server,
application support experience SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Client, server,
application and network operating systems, Citrix administration,
creating batch files and scripting, Microsoft Active Directory, various
protocols, email, wireless, client administration and related hardware
and software.
