Location: South of Dayton 
Process: Phone Screen with Tech Lead then Face to Face with Manager 
  
Start: August 13th 
  
Why is open: Client had a perm developer leave and need to backfill with a
consultant. 
  
Project: RPG Development: 
  
Senior level RPG Programmer / Analyst (Minimum of 5-10 years RPG III, IV /
ILE and relevant AS/400 experience) 
Experience with XML, MQ Series, Database Triggers, Data Queues, Implementer
and ROBOT recommended 

Strong background in designing new applications from the ground up
(interactive/subfiles/batch) 

Full SDLC background 

Able to work multiple projects independently or with minimal supervision 

Comfortable in a large shop / fast paced environment 

Strong written / verbal communication skills 

Comfortable interacting directly with end users to drive out project
requirements / work through coding and/or testing issues
