I have been engaged by one of our key Specialty Chemical clients to
identify and recruit for them a Plant Manager for their largest facility
here in the Greater Cincinnati area.
 
The major key attributes for the successful candidate will be:
A) Must have a minimum of a BS degree in Chemical Engineering., 
B) At least 10 years of professional experience, this includes at least
3 years of management in a manufacturing environment and 
C) Should be a local candidate.
