Subject: Networking for Clearance Candidates

We have been working with quite a few defense firms in the area and our
clients have asked them to find candidates with Secret or TS Clearances
or at least the ability to get them. Any referrals would be appreciated
or if you fit one of these, let me know. Most of the jobs are on our web
site but not all of them.

Program Manager These are Engineering related and require an Engineering
degree. The clients are not looking for candidates from IT.
And you must have strong experience with EVM.
Contracts Manager
Software Engineers - Embedded and Windows/Unix/Linux based using C/C++
and Java and if they have networking, TCP/IP it would be a strong plus
Software Tech Leads
Software and Hardware Test Engineers (with Labview for the Hardware
Test)
Electrical Engineers - We have "general purpose EEs" as well as
specialized openings with FPGA/VHDL and some with RF.
Systems Engineers - High level Networking and "black box" systems
engineers. Pay can be in the 6 figure range.
Mechanical Engineers - Strong Analytical ME's with electronic packaging.

These jobs range for 50k up to 120k+. Relocation assistance is offered.
Some of these jobs pay overtime over 40 hours even though they are
direct hire, salaried jobs.
All the jobs are located in the Cincinnati/Dayton areas although there
is a possibility for some of the Software Jobs to be in the DC area. We
are also potential working on jobs in the Colorado area that require
Clearances.
If you have a clearance or even had a clearance, there is not a
recession. We have the jobs.
But please understand, we can't put round pegs in square holes.
Companies want you to hit the ground running or at least have similar
experience. The phrase "I'm a quick learner" is used by most people.
Also, we have some IT jobs, although they do not require a clearance.
But those are on our web site. Right now most of the hiring is in
Engineering.

All my contact information is below.

Thanks,
Bob Hadick
