Description RSW/US (www.rswus.com) is a leading business development
agency with offices in Walnut Hills (Cincinnati). RSW/US started
business in late-2005. RSW/US is in the business of helping Ad Agencies
and PR firms (and other marketing service firms) identify qualified
leads, set meetings on their behalf, and better position them in the
marketplace. RSW/US was rated one of Cincinnati's fastest growing
privately held companies in 2008. The current Director of Program
Development & Operations is moving out of the city with her husband
after 2+ years at RSW/US. This search is to fill her position.
Responsibilities: Will be responsible for the management of the list
building department Includes Overseeing List Building & Mailing Schedule
Managing a team of 3 Full Time Employees and 4 Part-time employees
Recruits & Trains Part time list builder employees Key point person for
clients on Prospect Lists and Administrative needs of programs Manages
monthly meetings with Clients Manages weekly internal New Business
Manager Meetings Manages everyday needs/troubleshooting on CRM system
Work in close strategic partnership with the Managing Director and
Director of Communications to ensure client programs are running
smoothly
Requirements Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in a marketing
operations and/or account management role. Management experience
required. Bachelors Degree in marketing or a related field. Client
Relationship experience preferred. Experience with CRM Software,
specific experience with GoldMine preferred Show increasing levels of
job responsibility in previous employment. Skills: Strong Communication
and Interpersonal skills Ability to Multi-task in a fast paced
environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Analytical,
Tactical and Detail Oriented Exceptional Time-Management and
Organizational Skills
