Position:                     Information Systems Auditor
 
Responsibilities:       Plans and conducts information systems audit
reviews throughout the Bank to ensure adequate internal controls are
maintained.  Reviews procedures to ensure they are adequate and are
being adhered to properly, resources are managed and utilized in an
economical and efficient manner, information systems and related data
are reliable, and project results are being achieved.  Assures all
reviews will be performed in accordance with accepted auditing
standards.
 
Qualifications:           This position requires knowledge at a level
normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in
Accounting or Information Systems plus one to three years of related IS
auditing experience.  CISA designation preferred.  Knowledge of
generally accepted auditing standards.  Experience with Windows
operating systems preferred.  Must possess effective interpersonal,
analytical, organizational and communication skills.
 
Working  Conditions:  Normal working hours for this position are Monday
through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Position requires
flexibility to meet scheduled deadlines.
