The candidate will be responsible for leading the technical
implementation,
modification and integration of our solution into customer environments.
The
candidate needs to lead all aspects of the customer engagement and
interact
with customer groups throughout the engagement. 

Knowledge of the P&C insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
Experience in insurance IT is also a plus but we will train the right
candidate.
Responsibilities:

? Project Manage each customer implementation 
? Understand Industry Standards 
? Code XSLT translations 
? Develop HTML presentation pages 
? Map and document data element mappings 
? Interface with customers to define requirements 
? Participate in project and design meetings 
? Develop and deliver required technical documentation 
? Train end users 
? Understand and work with XML 
? An ability to code in JAVA a plus but not required 

Requirements
Qualified Candidates Will Have: 

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science field or equivalent work related
experience. 
? Remarkable problem analysis skills 
? Effective written and verbal communication skills. 
? Strong desire and aptitude to learn and apply new skills and learn new
languages 
? Desire to make customer happy 
? Desire to want to come to work in a casual, relaxed atmosphere and
want to
help out where needed 
? XSLT knowledge desired 
? JAVA knowledge desired 
? HTML, Javascript, CSS knowledge desired 
? C/C++ knowledge helpful but not required
