Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service
delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information
technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services,
procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that
is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients
concurrently and they may be located directly at a client site or within
our global delivery network.
 
People within Infrastructure Outsourcing are responsible for the
day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several
clients. Infrastructure Outsourcing (IO) is the ongoing management
and/or improvement of activities related to a part or to the whole of a
technical infrastructure (e.g. information systems, security systems,
and telecommunications networks), allowing companies to focus on their
core business and competencies.

*         Incorporate skills which support the programming, management
and maintenance services required to implement and support new
installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our
clients.

technical and management skills in all areas

The Network Technician is a hands-on network administrator responsible
for support, design, configuration and installation of network and
security hardware and systems such as switches, routers, and firewalls. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:  
 
. Minimum 7 years Network troubleshooting skills
. Minimum 5 years experience with Cisco Network devices
. Minimum 5 years experience with Firewalls
. Minimum 4 years experience working on a Network Operations team 
 
 
Preferred Skills:
 
  
. 7 years experience with DNS, NAT, OSPF, EiGRP and routing and
switching as it relates to network engineering
. 5 years experience with Juniper, Netscreen and Cisco firewalls
. 5 years experience with Cisco enterprise class switches
. 5 years experience with GRE and IPSec VPN branch office tunnels
. 2 years experience with load balancers; F5 and ACE/Cisco load
balancers
. 2 years experience with VRF based routing, firewall context management
and virtualized networking
. 2 years experience with SSL certificate management as it relates to
ACE / Cisco and F5 load balancers
. 2 years experience using network sniffer packages and be able to
accurately analyze the output data
. Able to read, understand and create Visio network diagrams
. CCNA, CCNP Cisco certification or equivalent work experience
. Experience with spanning tree
. Experience with TCP/IP and other networking protocols - IPX, UDP,
ICMP, SSH, SMTP, HTTP, FTP, BGP,
. Excellent documentation skills
. Able to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
. Four year college degree or equivalent work experience
